NOTE: Kit and gaskets do NOT work on TKWide internal thread caps.
Works for all Wide caps: Cafรฉ Cap 1.0, Wide Loop Cap, Flip D-Ring Cap (NOTE: Does not work with Cafรฉ Cap 2.0)
