Returns Policy

Returns will be honored within 15 days of date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, smelling new, and with all original tags attached and the manufactures packing intact. Please see details about the return process below.


For liability reasons, and to protect your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware, ropes, or slings, at any time (excluding warranty situations or shipping errors).
Progression Equipment can only accept returns on harnesses, shoes, and helmets if they have been tried on, but NEVER USED.


To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as your online order number.

We reserve the right to require identification and additional verifiable information to help Progression Equipment locate the purchase in our records. If we are unable to locate the original purchase in our system, we reserve the right to deny the return request.


Step 1: Email us at Please include your name, your address, your order number, and a copy of the purchase receipt.

Step 2: A representative of Progression Equipment will contact you within 24 hours (Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm) to authorize your return.

Step 3: Pack up the merchandise you would like to return. You may use the original shipping container, or a container of your own. Please take care to package your items safely and securely. Progression Equipment is not liable for items damaged during return shipping.

Step 4: Write the ORDER NUMBER on the outside of the package in permanent ink. Make sure it is big and easy to read.

Step 5: Take your package to a shipping service of your choice. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and can not be liable for items or packages lost during the return process.

Step 7: After we have received and inspected your valid return we will provide a credit to the payment card or bank account used to pay for the product. Please note that this return credit may take up to 30 days to post on your credit card statement or in your bank account.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions, including (without limitation) basing our response on the current sales price.
