The Terms of Sale outlined on this page should be considered in addition to the Terms of Service for this site.
SECTION 1 – PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are shown in Thai Baht, except when otherwise noted or adjusted for a users local currency. All taxes, shipping and handling charges are additional to the item price listed. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice and you agree that taxes and shipping and handling charges may be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens. Many products displayed on our Sites are also available in Progression Equipment retail stores and at Progression Equipment authorized dealers, prices displayed on the Sites may vary from those in the store or from store-advertised prices.
SECTION 2 – OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS AND BACKORDERS
Please contact us if the item, item color or item size is unavailable to purchase. At this time, we do not accept web orders for out-of-stock items or backordered items.
SECTION 3 – AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT TRANSACTIONS ELECTRONICALLY, RECORDING, AND COPIES
You agree that all of your transactions with or through the Sites may, at our option, be conducted electronically from start to finish, and that any oral or electronic conversations regarding your order may be recorded. Both electronic and oral orders are governed by these Terms unless you enter into different terms provided by us.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND HANDLING
When we ship to you or per your directions, you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on the Sites when your order is placed. Any shipping times shown on the Sites are estimates only – actual delivery dates may vary.
SECTION 6 – PAYMENT AND CREDIT FOR REFUNDS
Only valid credit cards or other payment method acceptable to us may be used and all refunds will be credited to the same card or payment method. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or payment method and you authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any other amounts described on the Sites) to that card or other payment method. If the card (or other payment method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS. CLIMBING AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY
Returns will be honored within 15 days of date of purchase. All returns must be unused, clean, smelling new, and with all original tags attached and packing intact.
For liability reasons, and to protect your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware, ropes, or slings, at any time (excluding warranty situations or shipping errors). Progression Equipment can only accept returns on harnesses, shoes, and helmets if they have been tried on, but NEVER USED.

SECTION 9 – LIMITED WARRANTY FOR BRANDS SOLD
Progression Equipment honors the manufactures limited warranty for the brands that we distribute and sell through the
ShopProgression.com website. These warranties apply to materials and workmanship for a limited period of time. These warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, improper care, accident, misuse, damage, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
A brands limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
IN HONORING THE MANUFACTURES LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE BRANDS DISTRIBUTED AND SHOWN ON SHOPPROGRESSION.COM, PROGRESSION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY ON PRODUCTS SOLD.
Progression Equipment makes no other express warranties.
If you believe that you have a product that is eligible for replacement under warranty, please see the specific brand warranty information below, and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the product name and warranty issue in the email. A representative of Progression Equipment will respond within 72 hours to discuss the issue further with you (Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm).
BLACK DIAMOND APPAREL LIMITED WARRANTY:
We trust what we make because we use what we make. If for any reason, you’re not 100% satisfied with your Black Diamond apparel, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it. No charge. No fine print. No debate. Guaranteed.
BLACK DIAMOND EQUIPMENT LIMITED WARRANTY:
We warrant for one year from purchase date and only to the original retail buyer (Buyer) that our products (Products) are free from defects in material and workmanship.
*For headlamps our warranty is for three years. If Buyer discovers a covered defect, Buyer should return the Product to the place of purchase. The Product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. That is the extent of our liability under this Warranty and, upon expiration of the applicable warranty period, all such liability shall terminate. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
BLACK DIAMOND WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
We do not warranty Products against normal wear and tear (such as ski edge cuts and abrasions, outsole wear, etc.), unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, or if the Product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
MAD ROCK BRAND LIMITED WARRANTY:
If you discover a defect, we will replace such product free of charge. It is the responsibility of the consumer to end the use of the product and immediately report the manufacturing flaw. The continued use of a defective product will further damage the item and may nullify the warranty. This warranty excludes regular wear and tear, nor is it valid for products that have been modified, resoled, or repaired. If your product is covered under warranty please contact
KLEAN KANTEEN BRAND LIMITED WARRANTY:
We are proud of the materials and workmanship that goes into each Klean Kanteen and back our products with a Strong-as-Steel Guarantee. Barring catastrophe, we expect your Klean Kanteen to give you many years of faithful service, and we want to know if it has somehow failed to deliver. We go to great lengths to create a truly superior product, but we also know that on occasion, things go awry.
If you have an issue with your Klean Kanteen please follow the process below which will allow us to quickly remedy any problem you may have.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, are not covered under the Klean Kanteen warranty. If you purchased your Kanteen (or accessory) from a retailer, it is often easier to return it to the retailer, avoiding shipping charges/impact and the hassle of being without your Kanteen. If you bought your Kanteen (or accessory) directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you or issue you a merchandise credit.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific features, products, or services. To the extent any additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern with respect to your access to or use of the applicable feature, product, or service.
